Then you stir the vinegar, red pepper, parsley, garlic, Equal Spoonful, salt, pepper and onions together, and pour the onion mixture over combined beans in a bowl, mix well, and then garnish with the red pepper rings.
Another of the more popular diabetes recipes is the rice salad recipe, for which you will need 4 cups hot cooked rice, 1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained, 1 small onion chopped, cup vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 tbsp. granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. pickle relish, 1 tbsp. chili powder, and 1 medium green pepper chopped.
All you need to do to make this delicious rice salad is combine the rice, beans and onion, then in a separate bowl combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, relish and chili powder. Then you toss this with the rice mixture, and cover and let chill for several hours. Then, just before you are going to serve it, you stir in the green pepper.
